Matchplay Dates Terms and ConditionsBy booking a ticket to a Matchplay Dates event you are registering your acceptance of the Matchplay Dates Terms & Conditions and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the Terms & Conditions as detailed below. Matchplay Dates host parties where single people can meet in a fun and safe environment. We do not provide a matchmaking service. We do not vet guests on their personal information such as their marital status or their general background. We recommend that you verify personal information to your own satisfaction. Our events are held at venues that are independently owned and run. Therefore in the event that you are injured or suffer any kind of damage to yourself or personal possessions, at one of our events, you agree that Matchplay Dates cannot be held responsible or liable. We cannot be held responsible for any physical injury or emotional distress that could arise from contact with other guests either during or after any of our events. Matchplay Dates reserve the right to refuse admission or to expel any guests who offend, abuse or cause a nuisance to other guests. No refund will be given. Events are subject to change or cancellation at any time prior to the event but Matchplay Dates will endeavour to contacts guests by email or phone as soon as possible. Matchplay Dates operate a no refund policy except in exceptional circumstances. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the management. We may use your contact details to keep you informed of future events. We will not, however, pass on any personal details to any third parties. |
